Jacquard fabrics are divided into jacquard and small jacquard. The jacquard fabric is woven by a jacquard machine, and the number of loops through the yarn is from hundreds to more than a thousand. The jacquard pattern is large and exquisite, and the color level is distinct and the three-dimensional effect is strong. The small jacquard fabrics are mostly small geometric patterns, which are woven with a 16-24 page dobby loom. Due to the limitation of the number of heald frames used, the woven pattern is relatively simple.
Monochrome jacquard fabric, soft, delicate, smooth texture, good gloss, good drape and air permeability, and high color fastness. For the satin jacquard fabric, the warp and weft are interlaced at least once every three yarns, so the satin weave makes the fabric density higher, so the fabric is thicker. Satin weave products are more expensive than similar plain weave and twill weave products.
